Washington DC, February of 2017 was when my internal world started (consciously, energetically, and spiritually) changing.  I was introduced to Tibetan Buddhism and the preliminary practice of the Green Tara Sadhana.  As I read, heard the words of the buddha dharma, and meditated on the Green Tara Sadhana, I found myself feeling immense and profound love within me.  For the first time in my life, I finally realized what true love felt like and more specifically, what I have always been searching for in this life.  

Being an orphan, adoptee, and a foster child was in my karma and this served a purpose.  Similarly, starting therapy at the age of 21 for 16 years served a purpose.  My history walking away and going against the grain and walking alone to seek truth – all served a purpose. 

Since these events in February 2017, I would say that I have attained a certain level of spiritual awakening. In the process of awakening, For about two and a half years, I also went through intentional and predatory black magic attacks and found my way out of these invasive attacks. I even traveled the country and the Himalayan region to seek answers, and even went back to therapy. Then, one morning I simply woke up only to realize that I myself am a naturally-born energy healer.  After that realization the next couple of years, my energy, my healing energy and my understanding of energy then started to evolve and expand within me and around me.   

Although, I am still evolving as a spiritual practitioner and a healer.  This profound love journey of understanding what I was going through and who I am, began to balance out and slow down energetically and spiritually in March of 2023. 

Since February 2017 I’ve met many spiritual practitioners, Buddhists, non Buddhists, charlatans, the groupies and minions.  I’ve been judged and questioned, I’ve been obsessed over, obsessed & then hated on, and of course respected as well.   

My intention is simply this: no matter if one is a Buddhist or not, my desire is to help you find true love within you, to help you understand and embody your own true nature and to live within your own inner peace no matter what may arise within and around you.
