Spirituality
The source of my spiritual energy is me and more specifically, my heart chakra. When I intentionally open up my heart chakra’s energy field to others, my field allows spiritual practitioners to naturally clear ego/shadow (examples of ego/shadow – wounded inner child, ignorance, selfishness, and pride) to assist and help raise their own consciousness dimension and to enter new stages of enlightenment.
Within this practice, I have found it pragmatic and helpful to utilize Western theory of dimensions to help discern where someone is within their own conscious dimensional awareness state. I also utilize Spheres, otherwise known as Jhanas in Buddhist theory, to discern where someone is within their enlightened state. There is also a third area I work with that is an individual’s heart chakra and when the spiritual practitioner will fully embody their own heart chakra’s strength.
Dimensions
I view dimensions of consciousness as steps of awareness towards living a higher state of enlightenment. Within each and every dimension there are always layers of ego/shadow (examples of ego/shadow – wounded inner child, ignorance, selfishness) to be cleared.
Spheres/Jhanas
I utilize my awareness of Spheres/Jhanas to help to understand the levels of enlightened states of being. Each level of sphere/jhana are all different, they all serve a purpose, ego/shadow clearing does get easier, and most importantly one is always continuously still connected and grounded to the present day of their own human existence.
Heart Chakra
Embodying and connecting to the heart chakra is a lengthy process. It typically happens when an individual has surpassed the 5th consciousness dimension, and over time through many intentional and courageous clearings of one’s ego/shadow.
For example: if Jane Doe has the heart chakra strength the size of a basketball, she would have to clear enough ego/shadow until she reaches 6th dimension of consciousness in order to embody her pure heart essence and the strength of her heart chakra.
In order to fully allow oneself to go down the path of their own ego/shadow to purify their own suffering into enlightened awareness, there are a few things one should be aware of that will inevitably happen in every dimension and in every Sphere/Jhana.
Before I go into explaining some details of this meditation and contemplation practice, I feel it is necessary to speak about two different types of dimensional energies, how different they are and why it’s so important to understand and be mindfully aware of the differences between the two.
Vibrational Dimensional Energy
This energetic gateway only provides a temporary and most times superficial mask into thinking one is enlightened. Vibrational energy – is outside of all energetic connections within our human form.
Consciousness Dimensional Energy
Consciousness dimensional energy is the dimension I work with because this energetic pathway leads us all into freedom of our own suffering and into pure and clear unbiased love. This dimensional way of the spiritual path is also the most intensive at times, however, from my perspective, this path is what will lead us into liberation and freedom from our eog/shadow suffering and more importantly to eventually live in harmony with all of our friends and foes alike
Contemplation Practice
Contemplation practice – is always focusing your attention towards your own ego/shadow. This step is one of the fundamental parts on the spiritual path, towards enlightenment. Contemplation consists of continuously being mindful and aware of one’s own thoughts, feelings, and actions and steadfast with figuring out and understanding the causes and conditions of their own self. Also, to be truly courageous and to allow yourself to feel and be honest of all the ego/shadow that you see and that arises within yourself.
Then, by applying the inevitable wisdom of awareness/clarity that will eventually emerge within you, with absolute pure motivation and with steadfast determination, finding your way out of the maze of ego/shadow and coming into pure resolve of forgiveness, compassion and happiness.
Meditation
Meditation – is a critical part of spiritual practice. When I speak of meditation practice, I’m not referring to psychically looking into another person or reading someone’s aura colors. I’m talking about a meditation practice that helps clear away, from an energetic consciousness level, all the ego/shadow that’s creating your own suffering. When you practice meditation solely to clear away the dense energy attached to all the ego/shadow that you are holding on from your consciousness (body, mind, speech), the insights you receive about yourself and others will come naturally, without psychically meditating on it or them.
Spiritual practitioners can practice in the comfort of their own homes to clear dense conscious (ego/shadow) energy from their entire conscious beings (mind, body, speech) and to help transform into a new enlightened existence (sphere/jhana).
In this practice there are steps in the meditation I teach towards the path to enlightenment, as a spiritual practitioner raises their own conscious dimension there are more steps to the meditation practice.
Below are a few areas that are covered with this meditation practice from the Conscious Dimensional energy pathway.
Chakras
Channels (four nervous systems)
Elemental Energies
Sphere/Jhana
Sphere/Jhana – I have found it very useful and pragmatic to discern – conscious dimensional awareness, percents of ego/shadow cleared, and finally connecting the conscious dimensional awareness stages in every Sphere/Jhana on the path towards full enlightenment (our inner pure – holy spirit/buddha nature)
Sphere/Jhana 0 – Conscious dimensions 3-7
Before entering into the first enlightened sphere – a practitioner would have to walk the path stages of ego/shadow clearing from conscious dimensions 3 – 7. Unless someone is born into a family that is clear of shadow/ego and high dimensional consciousness (such as the Dalai Lama, Yogananda, or Mother Theresa), these consciousness dimensions will be the most challenging to clear shadow/ego for most of us on the path to attain enlightenment.
Below are two critical areas of ego/shadow to clear.
** I have only listed two areas of focus, however, I know from my own experience that these areas are a maze inside of puzzle pieces to navigate and connect, emotionally, physically, psychologically, and spiritually.
Inner Child Wounds (from the current life) – %85 – %95
Selfishness/Narcissism – %90 – %95
At the end of the 7th Consciousness dimension, a spiritual practitioner will literally understand what transcendence means, through their own wisdom. They will embody – inner peace, discernment, and compassion.
Sphere/Jhana 1 – Conscious dimensions 8- 12
By the time a spiritual practitioner enters the first Sphere/Jhana, a practitioner will have cleared enough dense consciousness to be able to connect more fully to their energy within their current consciousness awareness. Some practitioners will have had some insight into the energy within their consciousness before this stage, but the first Sphere/Jhana will connect you further, deeply and allow you to be more comfortable understanding all the energetic connections to your own consciousness.
You will master what mindfulness is through your entire consciousness (mind, body, speech).
Sphere/Jhana 2 – Consciousness dimensions 13 -20
This sphere connects you to your past life, you start to gain insight into your past life (naturally) You will notice the interconnectedness of your past life and this life. You also are able to discern and navigate what ego/shadow to clear from past life memories from your present consciousness dimensional awareness.
*** When I meet with groups and individuals I will speak more thoroughly about each Sphere/Jhana, consciousness dimensional understanding, contemplation through ego/shadow clearing practice, and meditation practices***
